What a wonderful product, for the most part it does exactly what it claims, it will sometimes get itself stuck on awkward furniture and may require assistance but does tell you when that happens. overall, with regular use, it will wash a hardwood floor well and dusts extremely well if, as we do, you have 4 cats who require lots of loose fur collection. Well worth the sale price we paid and will watch for future developments to improve robotic cleaning products as for such an early invention in this line they have done extremely well. One miff would be the use of a self-charging unit it could plug itself into, even if this were to be marketed as a separate item it would be worthwhile!
